A top-ranked, well-established law firm in Basingstoke is expanding its Wills & Estate Planning team. We are hiring both a Private Client Solicitor and a Senior Solicitor to handle a diverse caseload, including Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning matters.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Managing a broad range of Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Estate Planning cases
✔️ Advising clients on Inheritance Tax, Trust Administration, and Powers of Attorney
✔️ Drafting wills, trust documents, and estate plans
✔️ Ensuring compliance with legal and tax regulations
✔️ (Senior Solicitor) Handling complex cases and mentoring junior solicitors

Requirements:
