Position: Private Client Solicitor

Experience: 2+ years PQE or equivalent experience in Private Client work

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing Private Client team within a modern, family-run law firm. The role offers a high level of autonomy and responsibility, working closely with the Head of Department while managing a diverse caseload. You will provide expert legal advice to both new and existing clients, maintaining the firm's first-class service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building strong relationships with clients and referrers.
• Providing commercially minded legal advice.
• Drafting wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Managing estate administration, trusts, and taxation matters.
• Handling Court of Protection cases.
• Contributing to monthly team targets and KPIs.
• Supporting business development and promoting the firm's services.

• Highly organised, thriving under pressure, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with legal systems.
• Client-focused with exceptional communication skills-confident, clear, and approachable.
