You will manage an established caseload focused on Wills, Powers of Attorney, and the probate process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a busy caseload of probate, Wills, and Powers of Attorney
• Providing high-quality, jargon-free legal advice to clients
• Drafting legal documents and overseeing the probate process from inception to completion
• Working with clients on Court of Protection applications and deputyships
