Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive looking for an exciting new challenge? The Role:

  • Managing a varied caseload including Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, and Tax Planning.
  • Providing expert advice on complex estates, inheritance tax efficiency, and trust structures.
  • Collaborating with a highly experienced team of legal professionals in a supportive and open environment.
  • Developing strong client relationships and engaging in business development to grow the Private Client Team further.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 6+ years of PQE.
  • Extensive experience in Wills, Trusts, and Estate Administration, including managing complex cases.
  • STEP and/or SFE membership is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and client management skills, with a genuine passion for helping clients plan for their future.
  • A proactive approach to business development and team leadership.
