Location: Birmingham City Centre
Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

The Role

  • Running payroll from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Handling payroll queries and making sure employees are paid correctly and on time.
  • Keeping up to date with payroll legislation and ensuring everything is compliant.
  • Helping with year-end processes like P60s and P11Ds.

The Person

  • Experience running payroll in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid knowledge of payroll systems and UK payroll legislation.
  • A team player who's great with numbers and detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant qualifications such as CIPP (Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals) or AAT.
