A unique opportunity has arisen for a litigation solicitor to join the dispute resolution team of a well-established multi-officed Greater London firm, looking for a highly enterprising, proficient and personable individual.

Our client's litigation team has a wealth of experience in dealing with commercial disputes. Guarding their client's interests is at the forefront of their minds and they ensure there is a focused approach taken to this ultimate goal. This enables our client to achieve excellent results and practical solutions to their client's problems.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years PQE and will be responsible for handling a diverse range of legal matters, including property & land disputes, landlord & tenant issues, debt recovery, contentious probate, employment law, contractual and consumer disputes, among others.

The ideal candidate will be required to manage a full caseload of litigation matters, including:

• • Probate disputes and Inheritance Act claims
  • Landlord and tenant (commercial and residential)
  • TOLATA claims
  • Contractual disputes
