Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on all aspects of leveraged finance, including senior, mezzanine, and unitranche loans.
  • Draft and negotiate transaction documents such as facility agreements, intercreditor agreements, and security documentation.
  • Support on cross-border financings, working closely with international offices and local counsel.
  • Actively engage with clients to provide commercially focused advice, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Manage junior associates and trainees on deal processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Assist in business development initiatives, including pitches, client presentations, and legal research.

Key Requirements:

  • 2-5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) gained at a top-tier law firm in leveraged finance.
  • Strong technical knowledge of loan structures, syndicated finance, and market trends.
  • Proven experience working on high-value and complex transactions.
  • Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A client-focused, proactive approach with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • England & Wales qualification preferred; equivalent international qualifications will be considered.

Why Apply?
This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career in one of the world's most respected finance practices. You will gain exposure to top-tier clients, high-value transactions, and exceptional training and development. The firm offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package, as well as a supportive and inclusive culture that values work-life balance.
