A unique opportunity has arisen for a Leasehold Enfranchisement Senior Associate to join a well-established multi-award winning Law firm, looking for a highly enterprising, proficient and personable individual.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling their own matters whilst also collaborating with a team for support. The successful candidate will possess a high level of emotional intelligence to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients. Attention to detail and organisation skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload independently
  • Have a strong technical background, able to deal with complex matters in a fast-paced environment
  • Stay current on industry trends and changes in legislation
  • Maintain good working relationships with clients and referrers

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Leasehold Enfranchisement
  • Strong understanding of regulations and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of success in Leasehold Enfranchisement matters
