Enterprise Sales Manager @ Fast-Growing Cyber Vendor - Munich / Stuttgart /Austria
Package = 140k - 160k OTE (50/50 split) + Benefits
My clients is a Series B funded Cyber vendor looking to continue their growth with a first hire in the Southeast region. They've got an extremely strong OT product and they've received investment from some huge VCs.
They have 5 other sales reps who all had a strong 2024 and achieved 100%+ of quota and presidents clubs. They are now looking to expand their DACH Sales Team to drive Net New Business across Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Pharma and Food and Beverage markets.
I'm looking to speak with candidates who have a strong track record of achieving/exceeding €1m+ quotas in Cybersecurity / IT sales, working with Enterprise clients across the DACH region.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Create net new business opportunities and owning the entire sales cycles.
- Identifying new opportunities, forecasting and growing pipeline.
- Experience selling into relevant verticals.
- Creating and growing exec level relationships.
Requirements:
- Track record of success, 4 + years experience within the OT/IT/ Cyber industry.
- Net new business hunter mentality. Track record of winning net new enterprise logos.
- Experience selling to Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Automotive, Chemical and Pharmaceuticals
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in English and German.
