Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager
Location: Oxford
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00) Hybrid (2 days a week)

About the Role:
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead a team of 4 and manage the design, implementation, and performance of IT systems, including networks, servers, and cloud infrastructure. You'll ensure security, reliability, and scalability while driving improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT systems management, from design to implementation.
• Oversee infrastructure performance, security, and reliability.
• Manage team development and provide coaching.
• Implement improvements and optimize systems.
• Handle disaster recovery and backup processes.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, networking, and security.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks.
