Join our clients growing IT Change Management team in a crucial role ensuring operational stability and compliance. You'll manage BAU change activities and contribute to process improvements.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee IT change activity to protect live services.
• Chair Change Advisory Boards (CAB/MCAB) and lead Change Reviews.
• Collaborate with IT teams, Incident, and Problem Management for continuous improvement.
• Produce executive-level MI reports and Risk assessment using ServiceNow.
• Ensure compliance with policies, risk standards, and audit requirements.
• Enhance change management processes and integrate with Configuration Management.

What You Need:

• Proven IT Change Management experience.
• ITIL certification.
• Strong ServiceNow and CMBD skills, including MI reporting and Risk assessment.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Experience in regulated environments (finance, healthcare, government).
• Strong Analysis skills.

We are also looking to automate and configure Service Now, so Automation and reporting expertise within ServiceNow is beneficial.
