Integrated Logistics Support Manager

Location: Hertfordshire

Salary: Up to £68,000 (DoE) + Bonus

Experience needed: We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong engineering background and extensive experience in supporting a diverse customer base within a complex environment such as aerospace, defence or automotive. Experience of leading a team would be beneficial.

As an Integrated Logistic Support Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our ability to support next-generation systems for our global customer base. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to enhance programme management capabilities, develop customer-facing skills, and build an international profile within the industry. This position offers exposure to high-profile defence programmes, enabling you to shape support strategies from supply chain planning to final customer delivery.

• Develop and implement strategic support models for advanced systems
• Analyse and apply predictive logistics models to enhance operational effectiveness
• Engage with stakeholders across the business to influence and negotiate support strategies
• Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Oversee supply chain planning and ensure smooth customer delivery

What we need from you:

• Extensive experience in Integrated Logistic Support within a complex engineering or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of predictive logistics and support planning methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritise effectively
