About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic, hands on Head of Engineering to lead our engineering team. You will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to system modeling, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers.
• Develop and execute engineering strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development.
• Manage engineering projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Enhance software development processes.
• Ensure platform security, scalability, and performance.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 8+ years in software development, with 5+ years in leadership.
• demonstrable expertise in: SQL Server, Azure Durable Functions, Azure Key Vault, Java, Spring Boot,
• Hibernate, Azure Web Apps, React, Redux, Typescript, HTML, CSS
• Proven track record in leading high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen and alignment with business goals.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
