Henderson Scott are working with a Surrey based firm based in the legal sector to recruit a newly created Financial Controller. The role of Financial Controller will have responsibility for all aspects of the finance department, work closely with the COO to deliver the company strategy, support growth and identify and implement efficiency's.

Successful applicants will need to be able to demonstrate leadership, have managed a large team, have a track record of ensuring robust financial controls and strong technical skills. Candidates should have either experience of either working in a law firm or well recognised Professional services or consulting firm.

On offer is a competitive salary of circa £95,000 - £100,000 depending on experience, both flexible and hybrid working, career progression and a comprehensive overall package.
