The role of Financial Controller is an exciting opportunity to join a business that are looking to grow and build on their already excellent reputation. This role will work closely with the COO and senior leadership to drive organic growth and continuous improvement throughout the firm. As Financial Controller you will lead a finance team and play an integral part in a system upgrade, affecting cultural change through finance and the wider firm and strategically considering all aspects of the business from a finance perspective.

Successful applicants will hold an accounting qualification, have previously demonstrated successfully implementing change and growth across a business, be able to demonstrate strong leadership and management experience and be enthusiastic about adding value and scaling a business.

This role will evolve and develop around the successful individual whilst offering a clear path to the Head of Finance role.
