Henderson Scott have partnered with a fast growing business who are on the lookout for a high calibre and technically astute Finance Manager to join their client in Warwickshire.

This opportunity will open doors for an ambitious professional who is looking for progressive growth and drive change whilst reporting to the Financial Controller.

You'll manage a small team providing support on month end duties, whilst also implementing key commercial processes. You'll have ample opportunity to implement change alongside the business and take on more responsibility as you progress with the role. Supported by an exceptional manager who will be your mentor through out.

Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility of financial reporting
• Implement key process improvements
• Transform the finance function through novel ideas
• Provide sound commercial input to drive growth within the business
• Partner with key (non)-finance stakeholders within the business
• Provide BAU for day-to-day finance function
• Business partnering with strong analyitical skills

Person:

• Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA
• Minimum 18 months PQE within industry
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Commercially minded and ideas for business growth
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
