Are you an experienced Family Law Solicitor looking to progress within a reputable firm? My client is growing their dynamic Family team with the opportunity to work on high-net-worth family matters within a ranked Legal 500 Family team. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your expertise and make a real impact in a supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage a varied caseload of family law matters with the support of senior team members.
• Provide quality, proactive legal advice tailored to individual client needs.
• Achieve individual fee targets while supporting the wider team's success.
• Effectively manage time to ensure smooth operations, including time recording, billing, and cash flow management.
• Contribute to business development by engaging in events, networking, seminars, and creating marketing content.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales in Family Law.
• Team player.
• Have experience in key areas of private family law including; divorce, financial proceedings, emergency injunctions, private children act applications, pre-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation work including Schedule 1 applications.
• Have strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Have experience in supporting senior fee earners.
• Ambitious with a proactive approach to learning and development.
