Family Solicitor

This well-regarded law firm are looking for a Family Solicitor to join their Family team, serving a diverse portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals. This position involves managing a caseload of complex family law matters, and contributing to the firm's growth through business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Caseload Management: Handle a variety of complex family law cases, such as:
  • Pre- and post-marital agreements
  • Divorce and Finances
  • Private law children disputes
• Business Development: Work closely with the business development teams to foster client relationships and expand the firms client base.
• Client Interaction: Deliver exceptional client care and maintain professional, timely communication throughout case management.

Traits of a successful candidate:

• Experience: NQ-2 years PQE in Family Law (applications outside this range will be considered).
• Skills: Strong client care, communication abilities, and proficiency in IT systems (particularly Microsoft Suite).
• Professionalism: Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to manage an independent caseload to a high standard.
