Family Solicitor - Senior Associate

My client are a highly regarded firm who are expanding their prestigious Family Law team and are seeking a talented Senior Associate to join them. This role is an exciting opportunity to work with High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients, handling complex, high-stakes family law matters.

What You'll Do:

  • Client Advisory: Provide expert legal counsel on divorce, separation, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and child arrangements, tailored to the unique needs of modern families.
  • Complex Case Management: Manage intricate cases involving significant assets, trusts (including offshore), pensions, and international elements.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with colleagues in Private Client, Property, and Dispute Resolution to offer seamless, holistic solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, understanding their goals and guiding them through complex family law matters.
  • Mentorship: Support junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

Traits of a Successful Candidate:

  • A qualified solicitor with 6+ years PQE in family law, ideally from a leading law firm.
  • Proven expertise in advising HNW clients and handling complex wealth and asset management cases.
  • Experience in international family law, non-traditional family structures, and innovative solutions for family law challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
