Family Solicitor: Senior Associate

An established law firm is seeking a family solicitor to join their well regarded family team as a Senior Associate. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload of Family Law matters, including:

• Relationship breakdowns, divorce, and financial settlements.

• Children's matters and domestic abuse cases.

• Drafting and advising on nuptial agreements

• Communicate effectively with clients and third parties, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.

• Monitor, support, and delegate work to junior staff, including paralegals

About You:

• A qualified solicitor with at least 7 years PQE in family law.

• Proven experience in family law with a specific focus on divorces and finances.

• Provide technical support to junior team members and share developments in family law with the wider team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A compassionate approach with a commitment to client welfare.
