Family Solicitor - Associate/Senior Associate

An innovative law firm with its head office in Reading is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its well-respected family law team. This role offers the flexibility to work from the Reading office or remotely, making it accessible to candidates across the UK.

The Role
The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of private family law matters, including:

• Divorce and financial settlements
• Cohabitation disputes
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Child arrangements, including residence and contact disputes
• Domestic abuse and injunctions
• Mediation and alternative dispute resolution

Working as part of a forward-thinking and modern law firm, the role provides an opportunity to deliver high-quality legal advice with a strong client-focused approach.

Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for a Family Solicitor who:

• Has at least 3 years' PQE in family law.
• Possesses strong technical expertise and excellent client care skills.
• Has experience managing a broad caseload with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates a constructive and empathetic approach to resolving disputes.
• Is a confident communicator and effective negotiator.

Membership of Resolution or panel accreditation is desirable but not essential.
