About the Role
The successful candidate will manage a broad range of family law matters, including:

• Divorce and financial settlements.
• Private children law matters, including child arrangements and parental responsibility disputes.
• Cohabitation agreements and disputes.
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
• Advising on domestic violence and protective orders.

The role provides the opportunity to work closely with clients, offering compassionate and practical advice while building strong, lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse caseload of family law matters with autonomy and professionalism.
• Supporting clients through often sensitive and complex legal processes.
• Engaging in business development and marketing activities to enhance the team's profile.
• Maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional client service.

The Ideal Candidate

• A qualified solicitor with 2+ years PQE in family law.
• Experience handling a wide range of family law cases, including financial and children matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• A proactive and organized approach to managing workloads and meeting deadlines.
• A team player with an enthusiasm for business development and client care.
