Location: Birmingham
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home)

Our client, a highly regarded and award-winning law firm based in Birmingham, is seeking a NQ-2PQE Family Law Solicitor to join their growing Family Law team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking practice renowned for its expertise and supportive environment.

The Role

The Family Law Solicitor will handle a broad and interesting caseload covering all aspects of private family law. You will also play an active role in business development, acting as an ambassador for the firm and promoting both the practice and your professional profile at internal and external events.

This role would particularly suit:

• A Newly Qualified Solicitor or someone with up to 2 years of PQE in Family Law.
• An ambitious and client-focused professional comfortable with business development activities.
• A solicitor looking to build their expertise in areas such as divorce, financial proceedings, emergency injunctions, private children act applications, pre-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation work.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters.
• Supporting senior fee earners on complex cases.
• Engaging in business development and networking activities to promote the firm.
• Advocacy experience (an advantage but not essential).
