Family Solicitor - Associate
Location: Chelmsford, Essex

Are you an experienced Family Law Solicitor looking to progress within a reputable firm? My client is growing their dynamic Family team with the opportunity to work on high-net-worth family matters within a highly-ranked Legal 500 Family team. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your expertise and make a real impact in a supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage a varied caseload of family law matters with the support of senior team members.
• Provide high-quality, proactive legal advice tailored to individual client needs.
• Achieve individual fee targets while supporting the wider team's success.
• Effectively manage time to ensure smooth operations, including time recording, billing, and cash flow management.
• Contribute to business development by engaging in events, networking, seminars, and creating marketing content.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 4+ years PQE in Family Law.
• Proven experience handling a wide range of family law cases, including:
  • Divorce and separation
  • Financial disputes and settlements
  • Child arrangements (custody, visitation)
  • Pre and post-nuptial agreements
  • Domestic abuse cases
