A highly respected and long-established law firm in Surrey is seeking an experienced Residential Property Senior Associate to join its well-regarded team in Epsom. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong, commercially aware lawyer to take a senior role within a collaborative, high-performing property department.

The Department
With a presence in several locations across Surrey, the Residential Property department is known for delivering expert, responsive, and practical advice across the full range of conveyancing matters. The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages
- Lead on complex matters, supervise junior team members, and contribute to team profitability
- Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships, including developing a personal following
- Collaborate across departments in line with the wider business development strategy
- Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach in line with the firm's values

Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor or legal executive (ideally 6+ years PQE)
- Strong academic background with LPC/SQE/PSC or equivalent
Skills and Experience:
- High level of technical competence in residential property law
- Ability to manage own caseload independently and supervise junior staff
- Proven track record of achieving fee targets and contributing to business development
- Strong communication skills and commitment to client service excellence
- Sound understanding of professional conduct, compliance, and regulatory responsibilities
- Commercially astute, adaptable, and a team player with initiative
