A well-established family boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join its team in Cheam, Surrey. Role Overview:
The Family Solicitor will manage a broad caseload, including:

• Divorce, separation, and high-net-worth financial settlements
• Private children matters, including residence and contact disputes
• Cohabitation agreements and disputes
• Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
• Domestic abuse cases
• Working with high-net-worth individuals and families

Responsibilities:

• Providing clear, practical, and sensitive advice to clients through challenging circumstances
• Independently managing a demanding caseload with confidence
• Collaborating to resolve family disputes with a focus on clients' and children's best interests
• Supporting the department's growth through business development and networking

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years' PQE in Family Law, including experience with complex financial and children matters
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A client-focused approach and a commitment to constructive resolution
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage cases independently
• Strong business development track record
