Role and Experience Level
The firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Legal Director to join its award-winning Family team, based in one of its South Coast hubs. This role is tailored to an accomplished family law professional who thrives on managing complex, high-value cases while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the strategic growth of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters, including high-net-worth and complex cases.
- Advising on divorce, financial settlements, prenuptial agreements, child arrangements, and other sensitive family issues.
- Leading on complex, high-value cases while mentoring and supervising junior team members.
- Contributing to business development efforts, leveraging existing networks, and cultivating new relationships to drive growth.
- Maintaining exceptional client service standards, ensuring discretion and empathy in handling sensitive matters.
