Are you an ambitious finance lawyer looking to develop your career in a dynamic and market-leading practice? A prestigious City law firm is seeking a talented Associate (1-4 PQE) to join its highly regarded Energy & Infrastructure Finance team.

The Role
You will be advising on a broad range of complex and high-profile financing transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors, including:

  • Project finance for renewable energy, transport, and utilities.
  • Acquisition and structured finance for major infrastructure projects.
  • Private equity and institutional investments in energy assets.
  • Sustainable finance, including green and ESG-linked lending.


The role offers exposure to cutting-edge matters, working closely with top-tier clients, including banks, investors, developers, and sponsors.

About You

  • 1-4 years' PQE with experience in banking, project finance, or energy & infrastructure finance from a leading firm.
  • Strong technical skills and commercial acumen.
  • Strong academic background, having graduated from a Russell Group university.
  • Ability to manage complex transactions and build client relationships.
