Employment Solicitor

A well-regarded and ambitious law firm are searching for an accomplished Employment Solicitor to join their thriving practice.

You'll work closely with senior leadership, directly tackling a mix of challenging cases for individuals and businesses while delivering commercially savvy advice. Your skills will be key in solving employment law problems, ensuring businesses stay compliant, and building lasting client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing expert guidance to individuals, navigating complex employment issues, and achieving the best outcomes.
• Supporting businesses-from start-ups to larger SMEs-with employment law and HR advice that keeps them compliant and confident.
• Building strong relationships with clients and referrers, becoming their trusted go-to professional.
• Contributing to the firm's growth by exceeding targets and helping develop new opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified solicitor with 2+ years PQE and solid expertise in Employment Law.
• Confident, clear communicator with a personable approach that puts clients at ease.
• A proactive problem solver who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service.
• Ambitious, team-oriented, and ready to grow within a close-knit, supportive firm.
