My client is looking for a 5+ PQE employment solicitor to join their dynamic and close-knit team, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to clients in Essex. With a supportive and collaborative work environment, they prioritise teamwork and professional growth.

You will be working closely with a team and my client is looking for someone seeking genuine career progression.

Responsibilities:

• Solving employment law problems for individuals and identifying the best legal outcome for your client
• Solving employment law problems for businesses, including start-ups and SME's
• Attending and participating in networking events

You will need to be a qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in employment matters. Have strong communication and teamwork skills and the ability to work closely with colleagues and clients.
