The Team
The employment team give specialist advice to start ups and well-established corporates (London-based, national and multinational) as well as institutional employers, on all aspects of their role as employer and relationships with employees. The broad range of matters they work on are both contentious and non-contentious, advising on contract and settlement agreements, discrimination and whistle-blowing claims, and breach of contracts, just to name a few.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients across a range of sectors.
• Acting and supporting in early and late stages of disputes.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence.
• Managing client relationships and supporting business development initiatives.
• Contributing to a team known for delivering high-quality, client-focused advice.

The Ideal Candidate

• Newly qualified to 2PQE Solicitor with previous experience in employment law, ideally with experience of acting for both employers and employees.
• England & Wales qualified.
• Possess strong academics and technical skills.
