We are seeking a skilled Database Engineer to provide proactive support and maintenance for critical production databases across Oracle & SQL Server environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Database administration, including provisioning, patching, upgrading, migration, backup & recovery.
• Performance tuning, troubleshooting, and incident resolution within agreed SLAs.
• High Availability & Disaster Recovery support (Oracle RAC, Data Guard, ASM, SQL Server Always On).
• Process automation and continuous improvement.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams and escalation to senior engineers as needed.
• Flexibility is essential, as some work may extend beyond core business hours.#

Ket skills:

• Proven experience in Oracle & SQL Server database administration in a production setting.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with database builds, patching, migrations, and upgrades.
• Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager, Linux (Red Hat), Windows, AIX, and Solaris.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change & Problem Management).

Advantageous Skills :

• Cloud database management (OCI, Exadata Cloud @ Customer, Azure).
• SQL Replication and Flashback technologies.
• Dynatrace tooling and Windows Failover Clustering.
• Experience with Dell Data Domain Boost or other database technologies.
