Our financial services client is looking for a cyber specialist with training experience

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver phishing simulation exercises using Microsoft Attack Simulator.
• Ensure training is clear, engaging, and accessible for all employees.
• Manage phishing reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency.
• Build employee confidence in identifying and responding to phishing threats.
• Support staff development, track participation, and assess training effectiveness.
• Analyse metrics to refine and enhance security awareness initiatives.
• Promote a strong security culture across the organisation.
• Stay informed on cybersecurity trends and compliance requirements.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience creating phishing simulations with Microsoft Attack Simulator.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity threats and best practices.
• Clear, engaging communication skills for effective security training.
• Strong planning, stakeholder management, and delivery focus.

Certifications in information security or training development are beneficial but not essential.
