Customer Success Team Lead - Remote (160k-200k + OTE (80/20 Split)
My client is a fast-growing Threat Intelligence vendor and due to the success throughout 2024 so far, they're looking to expand with a Customer Success Team Lead hire to join their North America team.
In this role, you'll be reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success, and will be managing a team of 2, with the view to the team growing in the New Year.
You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire customer journey including:
- Onboarding.
- Education and training.
- Product adoption.
- Expansion and renewals.
You would be supporting existing customers in the Americas in this position, and therefore it is ESSENTIAL that you have previous Cyber experience, ideally for a Threat Intelligence vendor, and it's beneficial that you speak fluent Spanish.
