Credit Control Clerk
Location: Birmingham, Burton-on-Trent, Derby, Nottingham
Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

The Role

• Chasing overdue payments by phone and email.
• Building strong relationships with customers to encourage timely payments.
• Resolving invoice queries and keeping accounts tidy.
• Keeping a close eye on aged debt and reporting back to the team.

The Person

• Credit control experience and a confident communicator.
• Great at problem-solving and staying organised.
• Comfortable dealing with difficult conversations when needed.
• A friendly and professional approach.
• AAT qualification or CICM (Chartered Institute of Credit Management) preferred.
