Software Engineer - C++ - Python - 12 month contract - Glasgow (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

I am looking for a C++ Developer to join a global organisation based in Glasgow. In this role, you will focus on developing plug-ins, bespoke internal tools, and libraries that enhance business performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain plug-ins and bespoke tools using C++.
• Work with teams to build and refine internal libraries for diverse applications.
• Use Python programming for additional development tasks.
• Ensure robust software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices are followed throughout projects.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with KDB+/q for time-series data processing.or willingness to learn
• Experience with containerisation tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with Windows development environments.
