About the Corporate Team
The Corporate Team is highly regarded for its expertise and works with a wide range of clients, including ambitious entrepreneurs and mid-market enterprises. The team specialises in:

The Role
The successful candidate will:

• Manage a mixed caseload of corporate matters independently.
• Work closely with partners on complex, high-value transactions, taking on significant responsibilities.
• Mentor and support junior team members, including trainees and newly qualified solicitors.
• Build strong relationships with clients, focusing on their business and commercial goals.

What the Firm is Looking For

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in corporate law. (PQE of 2-6 years is ideal, but flexibility will be considered.)
