The Role
The successful candidate will:

• Manage their own caseload of corporate matters with autonomy.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers on more complex and high-value transactions, ensuring opportunities for continued development.
• Work closely with the firm's Business Team, comprising corporate, commercial, and employment specialists, to provide integrated solutions for clients.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified solicitor with 2-6 years of PQE in corporate law.
• Demonstrate strong technical expertise and a track record of managing a variety of corporate matters.
• Possess excellent client care and relationship-building skills.
• Be proactive, team-oriented, and an effective communicator.
