About the Role
As part of a highly regarded team, you will work on a broad range of corporate real estate matters, including:

High-value real estate acquisitions and disposals
Joint ventures, fund investments, and corporate structuring
Real estate finance transactions
Large-scale developments and regeneration projects
Advising institutional investors, private equity funds, and corporate occupiers

About You
We are looking for a commercially minded, client-focused lawyer with:

3-7 years' PQE in corporate real estate from a leading law firm
Strong experience in complex real estate transactions and structures
A proactive and collaborative approach to client service
Excellent technical skills and attention to detail
A desire to contribute to business development and client relationships
