To succeed in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with a solid background in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance
• Be commercially astute, with the ability to offer pragmatic, client-focused advice
• Have a strong understanding of the corporate market, including its challenges and opportunities
• Demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm in your work
• Work well within a team and support other fee-earners when needed
• Communicate confidently and to a high standard
• Possess competent IT skills
