A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Commercial Senior Associate to join its Tier 1-ranked Commercial team in Reading. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality commercial matters across the private, public, and third sectors, advising clients in industries such as healthcare, education, local government, technology, utilities, and franchising.

The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in the team, advising on complex commercial contracts and providing strategic legal support to clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial trading agreements, IT contracts, outsourcing agreements, franchising, intellectual property, manufacturing, and data protection
• Acting as an extension of clients' in-house legal teams, delivering tailored and pragmatic commercial advice
• Managing a varied and high-profile caseload across multiple sectors
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery Collaborating with colleagues across different offices, with opportunities to work out of the Oxford office on occasion
