The Role
As a member of this dynamic and collaborative team, you will work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters. The role offers exposure to:

• Complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.
• Advising clients on leasing, asset management, and landlord-tenant matters.
• Working with clients across sectors, including institutional investors, developers, and major corporates.
• Cross-border projects involving close collaboration with the firm's global offices and teams.
• This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile projects with industry-leading clients, develop your expertise, and contribute to the success of a top-tier real estate team.

The Ideal Candidate

• A qualified solicitor in England & Wales, ideally around the 1-2PQE level.
• Strong academic credentials and relevant commercial real estate experience gained at a reputable law firm.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
• A genuine interest in building a career in commercial real estate law.
