Location: Southend-On-Sea, Essex

Position Overview:
The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with expertise in:

• Sales, purchases, and leasing of commercial properties
• Development, investment, and leasehold management

Working within a supportive team, you'll have access to robust legal resources while managing your own caseload with independence, demonstrating excellent time-management and prioritisation skills.

Key Requirements:

• Strong background in commercial property law
• Property litigation experience (preferred but not essential)
• Strong academic credentials and a proactive, professional attitude
