I am thrilled to announce a new role within my client's team, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in Hertfordshire. My client is a top 200 law firm with multiple offices across the UK. You will be exposed to excellent work in this Legal 500 practice and joining an already well-established team.

They are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team. The ideal candidate should be a qualified lawyer and have experience in commercial property including preparing leases, advising on the acquisition of land and advising on refinancing and loan documentation.

You will work collaboratively within a team environment, benefiting from legal support while also being able to independently manage your workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

* Experience in commercial property is essential
* Keep up to date with developments in Commercial Property Law.
* An excellent team player, with the ability to support senior members of the team with their caseload.
