About the Role
The role involves managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including:
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties.
- Handling landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations, renewals, and rent reviews.
- Supporting property development projects, secured lending, and property finance transactions.
- Providing strategic and practical advice to clients, ensuring the highest level of service.
- Building strong relationships with clients, professional contacts, and colleagues.
- Engaging in business development and contributing to the firm's growth.
