A well-established law firm with offices in Luton and Berkhamsted is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its thriving Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regarded department that advises property owners, developers, investors, lenders, and tenants on a wide range of property-related transactions.

The Role
The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload, including:

• Property portfolio management for a diverse range of clients
• Site acquisitions and disposals, including mixed-use developments
• Landlord and tenant matters, such as lease negotiations and renewals
• Property finance and secured lending
• Development projects, including planning considerations

The Ideal Candidate
The firm is looking for a solicitor who:

• Has at least 3 years' PQE in commercial property law
• Possesses strong technical expertise across a broad range of property transactions
• Can manage a caseload independently, with minimal supervision

• Is commercially minded and proactive in business development
