Job Advert: NQ-2 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to join a respected law firm in Southampton. Our client, a leading firm known for its outstanding reputation and client-focused approach, is seeking a driven lawyer to join their dynamic and growing commercial property team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including sales, acquisitions, leases, and development projects.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support senior lawyers on complex transactions and provide assistance as required.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Provide practical, commercially-focused legal advice to clients, helping to drive successful outcomes.
- Newly qualified to 2 years PQE in commercial property law.
- Strong understanding of commercial property transactions and related legal issues.
- Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, client-focused approach to legal work.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
