A well-established regional law firm is looking to hire a skilled Commercial Property Lawyer (2-5 PQE) to join its dynamic and growing team. The Opportunity
You will be involved in a broad spectrum of commercial property work, including:

• Commercial leases (acting for both landlords and tenants)
• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Property finance and secured lending
• Development and planning matters
• Landlord and tenant disputes

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE in commercial property law
