Overview
A leading organisation based in central Scotland is seeking a skilled Change Analyst to join a major transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in ensuring business readiness, driving change adoption, and supporting post go-live activities across a high-impact change initiative.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support business readiness planning and execution across impacted areas

Drive adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviours in line with project objectives

Work closely with business and project stakeholders to assess and manage change impacts
-
Support the design and delivery of post go-live support and change reinforcement activities
-
Identify, log, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies affecting change outcomes
-
Contribute to the development and delivery of clear communications and engagement plans
-
Monitor change effectiveness and gather feedback to support continuous improvement
Key Skills and Experience

Strong background in change management within complex transformation programmes
-
Hands-on experience in business readiness, change adoption, and implementation
-
Proven ability to manage issues, risks, and interdependencies across project workstreams
-
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
-
Proactive, structured, and adaptable approach to delivering change
-
Experience in professional services, regulated environments, or membership organisations is advantageous
