What we're looking for:

✅ 5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst on large and complex projects.
✅ At least 3 years of experience using BPM tools like ARIS, Signavio, or Blueworks (or strong process visualisation and notation skills).
✅ Proven expertise in process reengineering, Value Stream Mapping, Pareto Analysis, and Cause and Effect Diagrams.
✅ Experience facilitating workshops with SMEs and senior stakeholders to model current-state processes.
✅ Strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.
✅ A track record of developing business and digital automation requirements.
✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage stakeholders and drive buy-in.
✅ Experience creating instructional and procedural documentation.
