Business Analyst - Change Management - Manchester - Government Projects - DV Clearance

I am working with a growing tech client who are looking to hire a Business Analyst for their team in Manchester. As a Business Analyst you'll be part of a wider analysis community that includes business analysts, change managers, user researchers and user experience designers.

As they work on a number of government projects, they are looking for sole British nationals, ideally with active DV clearance or with the willingness to go through DV clearance.

The role exists to ensure that change is clearly understood, delivered and embedded so that customers can confidently operate new or improved services. You'll work across both business analysis and business change, helping technical teams and stakeholders adapt to new ways of working.

I am therefore keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Experience working as a business analyst, business change manager or in a closely related role.
• Strong background in eliciting, analysing and documenting requirements and customer priorities.
• Experience of engaging and influencing a range of stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Experience planning and managing business change activities in an iterative or agile setting.
• Ability to develop and assess solution options against business, technical and financial constraints.
• Experience with risk identification, classification and mitigation planning.
• Background in supporting or managing acceptance testing and confirming achievement of expected benefits.
• Genuine interest in technology and in work that contributes to keeping the UK safe.
